IMPHAL, Sep 14 : The Lamyanba Irabot Ningshing Thouram Committee (LINTOC) is set to observe month-long memorial programme of Lamyanba Hijam Irabot under the aegis of Protection and Preservation Committee Manipur (PPCM).
Speaking to media persons at Wahengbam Leikai, LINTOC convenor Konthoujam Thoiba said that LINTOC has been observing the memorial programme of Hijam Irbaot along with its constituent organisations since the past many years.
As a part of the month-long observation, a discussion programme would be held on "Lamdam Asida Khundaminariba Phurupsingi Mari Amasung Manipuri gee Tunglamchat" at Singjamei Community Hall soon, he said.
He also said the death anniversary of the Lamyanba would be held throughout the State while several competitions, tree plantation drives, and social service camp would be organised on September 30, the birth anniversary of Irabot.
