IMPHAL, Aug 30 : The Session Judge Imphal West has on Monday directed the officials concerned to inform Mark Thangmang Haokip about the application filed by the IO of the case to extend the period of his judicial custody.
The Court registered a cril misc case in connection with the application and fixed September 12 for hearing.
The application requested the Court to extend the judicial custody remand of Mark Thangmang Haokip (37), s/o Limkhosei Haokip of Molnom village Chura-chandpur from 90 to 180 days.
After perusing the application, the Court  directed all concerned to inform Mark Thangmang Haokip who is presently in Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa through the SP concerned and place objection, if any, before the Court.
Mark Thangmang Haokip is presently lodged in Manipur Central Sajiwa since June 9.
