Nishikant distributes LPG connections

IMPHAL, Aug 29 : Keishamthong AC MLA Nishikant Singh Sapam has distributed free gas connections to 79 households under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), today.
Gas stoves, LPG cylinders and consumer documents were distributed to the beneficiaries during a function held at the residence of the MLA at Sega Road, Thouda Bhabok Leikai.
At the function, Nishikant said that he was providing the benefits of PMUY to deserving people in Keishamthong AC even before he was elected as an MLA with the assistance of Team Nishikant.
A beneficiary from Keishampat Keisam Leikai, Keisham Bharati said that she was buying LPG refills from the black market.
She thanked the MLA for giving her and many other people of Keishamthong the benefits of PMUY.
The LPG cylinders distributed today were provided by Phoubakchao Indane Gramin Vitrak.
