Lai Haraoba workshop commences

Uttra Shanglen, Sana Konung has commenced 'Unou Konde Hunba', a 10-day workshop on 'Lai Haraoba' from August 29.
According to a statement, this workshop will educate amaiba, amaibi and pena artistes about the rules, regulations, traditions and rituals to be observed during Lai Haraoba.
The workshop commencement ceremony was graced by Leishangthem Susindro Meitei, PHED Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Leishemba Sanajaoba as the chief guest and functional president respectively.
The workshop will conclude on September 7.
