All Manipur Gorkha Ex Servicemen Assn extends aid

A delegation of All Manipur Gorkha Ex-Servicemen (Defence and CAPF) visited the residence of (Late) Rifleman Tak Bahadur Thapa of 107 TA (Gorkha Rifles) at Leplen village, Sanakeithel yesterday.
It may be noted that Tak Bahadur Thapa met with an unfortunate death during the tragic landslide that took place at Tupul in Noney district on June 29.
During the visit, the delegates provided some items as per Gorkha traditional rites to the family of the deceased and assured to extend all possible help to the bereaved family. They further advised the family member on various documentation procedures to avail official benefits.
