IMPHAL, Jul 16 : MPCC president K Meghachandra has approved the appointment of MPCC vice-president Hareshwar Goswami as the authorised poll representative and MPCC general secretary S Jeeten as authorised counting representative in favour of Yashwant Sinha, Opposition’s candidate for the Presidential election 2022.
