MSPCL informs

Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed to all concerned that there has been power outage at 33/11KV Tamei Sub-station from June 13 onwards due to a fallen double pole of 33KV Kangpokpi-Tamei line which slipped into the Irang river at Makui Golia due to incessant rainfall in the area.
A press release issued in this regard by the Manager, Transmission Sub-division no V, MSPCL also informed that there are various disturbances in power supply under this sub-division due to the present weather scenario.
Restoration work of the said 33KV line is also hindered by mudslides along the Imphal-Tamenglong road there once the mudslides are cleared and water level of the river subsides, power restoration work shall be undertaken at the earliest and appealed to the consumers concerned to bear with the inconvenience for the time being, added the release.
