Dr RK Ranjan Singh feted

Retired BSF personnel of Manipur led by Angom Shamoo, retired DIG and troops of 113 Battalion BSF on June 13 felicitated Dr Rajukumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs & Education, Government of India at Tactical Headquarter Loktak.
The MoS interacted with all the retired personnel of BSF present at the event, said a release issued by 113 Bn BSF.
During the event, Dr R K Ranjan appreciated the contributions of BSF troops in maintaining security and sanctity of the borders of India.
He also appreciated the vital role played by BSF in maintaining internal security and counter insurgency operations.
The Minister assured to extend all possible help in resolving any issues related to welfare of the retired BSF personnel settled in Manipur.
Dr R K Ranjan Singh also participated in the tree plantation drive held at BSF Campus Loktak.
