Tree plantation drive organised

IMPHAL, Jun 11: A one day tree plantation drive under the theme 'Save Singda Movement' was held at Bethel Village in Kangpokpi district today.
The tree plantation drive was organised by Thang-Ta Loisang Sana Konung in association with the Forest Department, Government of Manipur as a part of the ongoing Thang-Ta workshop cum training camp, 2022, said a press release by Thang-Ta Loisang.
The plantation drive has been conducted with an aim to protect the natural resources and forests for a greener and healthier Manipur, added the release.
