3 found dead

IMPHAL, Jun 11 : At least three persons were found dead at different locations in a span of 24 hours.
Reportedly, one non local labourer who was engaged in the construction of Sawombung bridge got electrocuted at around 3.10 pm yesterday.
The deceased has been identified as Taphazun Huisen (45), s/o (L) Abdul Kadir from Assam.
It is reported that he got electrocuted after the iron rod he used in the construction work came into contact with an electrical wire.
He died on the way to JNIMS Hospital.
An autopsy has been conducted today.
In another instance, a waiter at Taj Hotel, Masjid Road was found dead inside the toilet of the hotel at around 11.15 am, yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Kaigiuhao Chongloi (24) s/o late Lhunsat Chongloi of C-Kholen under Saikul police station.
Reportedly, a syringe and a plastic container with some white coloured powder were also found inside the toilet at the time of discovery.
The dead body has been handed over to family members after autopsy at RIMS.
Another man was found dead at Meena Bazar, Kshetri Awang Leikai, Litan Makhong.
The deceased has been identified as Johnson Pukhrambam s/o Boromani from Palace Compound.
