Yoga camp concludes

In the build-up to International Yoga Day, 69 BN CRPF under the aegis of IGP, CRPF, M&N Sector organised a week-long "Yoga Camp" at the Battalion Headquarters in Mantripukhri from June 6-10, 2022.
The main objective of the yoga camp was to imbibe yoga in the day-to-day lives to maintain perfect balance between the mind and body for maximum productivity, said a release issued by 69 Bn CRPF.
"Keeping in mind the importance of yoga and knowing that the inmates of Kripa Foundation Rehabilitation Centre are fighting for a normal and addiction free life and who could be maximum beneficiaries, were invited to join the week long yoga camp", it added.
About 40 inmates of the Rehabilitation Centre enthusiastically participated in the week-long camp along with Officers and Jawans of the Unit.
Bajrang Lal, Commandant 69 BN CRPF attended the final day of the camp as chief guest along with Jibanmala, Project Director of Kripa Foundation Rehabilitation Centre; M Takhelei Singh, president of Shri Shri Radhagovinda Yoga Centre and Yoga instructor, L Ibopishak Singh.
Speaking on the occasion, Bajrang Lal highlighted the importance of Yoga in daily lives and encouraged the participants to make it a part of their everyday lives to keep fit, mentally and physically.
He also appreciated all the participants for sparing their valuable time to take part in the Yoga Camp closing ceremony and making it a grand success.
Bajrang Lal further assured that CRPF would continue to render such good services for the growth, development and prosperity of the people of Manipur.
