8 years of BJP-led Central Government celebrated

Senapati, Jun 10 : To commemorate 8 years of BJP Central Government, BJP 47/Karong mandal and 49/Tadubi Mandal on Friday organised a "8 Saal Seva Sushasan aur Gareeb Kaliyan" programme at Rikhumai Taphou Women Hall.
The programme was attended by K Bikram Singh, state secretary BJP Manipur Pradesh; P Premananda Meetei, state general secretary BJP Manipur Pradesh; N Nimbus Singh, vice president BJP Manipur Pradesh and in-charge Senapati district; and party workers of 48 Mao AC, 47 Karong AC & 49 Tadubi AC.
Speaking on the occasion, K Bikram Singh stated that the programme was conducted to remember the achievements of the BJP Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"In the last 8 years, the BJP Central Government has implemented a number of schemes and projects for the poor and marginalized section of people", he added.
He also mentioned that the Prime Minister gave special focus to the development of the North East region including Manipur.
Later, leaflets highlighting major achievements of the Central BJP Government were distributed to the participants.
