Training programme concludes

BISHNUPUR, May 7: The two-days training programme on "Microbial technological practices for organic vegetable production" organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendra Bishnupur under the sponsorship of Indian Council of Agricultural Research-National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM), Mau, UP, concluded on Saturday at the Conference Hall of KVK Bishnupur in Utlou.
It was attended by DC Bishnupur, L Bikram; KVK Bishnupur chairman and ex-Union Minister, Th Chaoba Singh; District Officer Horticulture & Soil Conservation Bishnupur, S Sushila Chanu and Sr Scientist & Head KVK Bishnupur, Dr Kh Brajamani Meetei as presidium members.
On the final day of the programme, an interactive session was conducted and inputs including sprayer pump, vegetable seeds and Trichodema were distributed to about 150 farmers from various parts of Bishnupur district.
