UKAL appeals

Umaglai Kanba Lup (UKAL) has appealed to the people to observe Umaglai Haraoba with strict adherence to the age-old ritualistic traditions and regulations.
A statement issued by UKAL shared that Umanglai Haraoba will be observed at 152 sacred sites across the State in the coming days. With this, UKAL has pointed out the importance of preserving the culture and tradition of the community by protecting the age-old traditions in connection with Umaglai Haraoba.
UKAL also urged Umaglai Haraoba organisers to write down the rules and regulations to be followed and display them in public view.
