Prize distribution programme held

IMPHAL, May 14
The prize distribution programme for the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Quiz programme was held at the Government Dance College, Palace Compound.
The quiz programme was organised by the All India Radio, Imphal Regional News Unit in collaboration with Department of Art and Culture, Government of Manipur.
Today's programme was graced by M Joy, Commissioner of Arts and Culture, Gin Gangte, Head of All India Radio, Imphal Regional News Unit and Assistant Director and L Kishorjit, Director, Department of Arts and Culture as the presidium members, said a press release by Head of All India Radio, Imphal Regional News Unit.
Prizes were distributed to the first, second and third prize winners of the quiz programme from episodes 22 to 38 which were held from January 7 till April 29 this year. The quiz programme is aired on every friday during 7.30 pm evening news of AIR, added the press release.
