Awareness campaign held

Ukhrul, May 13: Ukhrul District Administration in collaboration with Indian Air  Force, 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Guwahati on Friday organised a one day career counselling cum awareness campaign for students at DC's conference hall, Hamleikhong, Ukhrul.
The programme began with a welcome address by Deputy Commissioner Ukhrul, Krishna Kumar.
Resource person, S Shanmugam, Commanding Officer, 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Guwahati elaborated on various aspects of joining the Air Force.
He also highlighted the criterion including educational qualifications, age limit and physical standards for aspirants.
Later, an interactive session with students was also conducted.
