Blood donation camp held

IMPHAL, Apr 8: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Imphal Iconics organised a blood donation camp at Dharmasala in Thangal Bazar today jointly organised by JCI, Imphal Iconics and Blood Bank & Transfusion Unit, JNIMS.
Many people from the surrounding areas of Imphal Bazar also participated in the blood donation camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Nidhi Jain, president, JCI Imphal Iconics, stated that the blood donation camp was organised with the aim of alleviating some of the inconveniences caused by inadequate availability of life saving blood faced by the State. She further provided assurance that JCI, Imphal Iconics will continue to conduct such beneficial events for the people in the future as well.
The event was also attended by the chairperson of JCI, Imphal Iconics, Dr Sophia Khumukcham, Assistant Professor, JNIMS, Mansi Jain, secretary JCI, Imphal Iconics and many doctors and nurses of JNIMS.
