'Yumgee Pothok' launched

IMPHAL, Apr 28 : An e-commerce website aptly titled 'Yumgee Pothok' was launched today at the Sangai Hall of Hotel Imphal located at North AOC.
Speaking at the launching event, Rameshwar Mayanglambam, co-founder and Managing Director, Right 2 Choice Sales Corporation said that Yumgee Pothok  (www. yumgeepothok.com ) was launched with the vision of bringing indigenous products and local producers under a common platform to make indigenous products easily available to the customers.
He added that sellers will be chosen after a thorough quality check of their products. Further, they will have the option of personally providing delivery service to the customers or they can delegate this service to Right 2 Choice Sales Corporation.
Speaking as the chief guest, Dr Chinglen Maisnam, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, Manipur University spoke at length about digital marketing and how to sustain a steady customer base.
Raj Nongthombam, Editor, Impact TV also said a few words on the occasion and stressed on the importance of providing quality products to the customers and using updated promotional and marketing techniques.
 Lastly, he commended the founders for launching a home grown e-commerce website.
