MPCC condoles

The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has condoled the demise of its member Leitam Ingocha Singh of Tellou Chana on April 13. He was 58.
MPCC president K Meghachandra led in paying tribute to the departed by observing a two minutes silence at Congress Bhavan today.
MPCC also shared the grief of the departed family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
