State sub-jr Compound Archery team named, to leave Imphal today

IMPHAL, Apr 15 : The Manipur Archery Association (MAA) has named 7 compound archers for the 39th NTPC Sub-Junior National Archery Championships to be held at Neemrana, Alwar, Rajasthan from April 17 to 19.
The name of the archers who will be leaving Imphal for the championship venue, as per a release from MAA, are
Girls : Senyai Thongam (VAA), Thounaojam Gracia (ACE) and Thangjam Yeshika Chanu (VAA);
Boys : Raj Kumar Priyobarta (UAC), Sorokhaibam Johnson (NSA), Meikam Robinson (UAC) and Y Rojit Meitei (NSA).
Gitanjali Laishram will be accompanying the team as official, the MAA release read.
