Manipur men's team post two wins in 23rd Youth Volleyball Nationals

IMPHAL, Apr 12 : Manipur men's team have posted two wins in three matches in the league stage (Group D) of the 23rd Youth National Volleyball Championship being underway at Sports Stadium Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand under the aegis of Volleyball Federation of India.
State men's team who went down by 2-3 sets in the hand of Telangana yesterday made a fine comeback to beat thumped West Bengal today in straight sets after beating Chhattisgarh 3-2 in a keenly contested encounter.
It may be noted that Manipur are clubbed in Group D of the men's competition along with Rajasthan, Punjab, Telangana, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.
