DESAM urges

IMPHAL, Apr 10 : Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur has urged Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur to take up immediate action against the exam invigilators, exam OC, exam AOC etc who allowed students to use mobile phones while appearing in the ensuing Class XI examination.
It may be noted that DESAM convened a meeting today at the head office of DESAM at Kwakeithel with the authorities and 25 students involved in the aforementioned incident which occurred on April 8 at Sagolmang Higher Secondary School.
Speaking at a press briefing held at DESAM head office, Kwakeithel, general secretary N Thoithoiba condemned the incident and urged the relevant authorities and students of the State to ensure that such an incident does not repeat itself in the future.
