SAKSHAM 2022 kicks off

IMPHAL, Apr 11: The inaugural function of SAKSHAM 2022 was held at the conference hall of Hotel Nirmala today.
SAKSHAM is being observed by the Public Sector Oil and Gas companies in association with Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India to spread awareness among the masses about the importance of conservation of petroleum products and energy efficiency.
The inaugural function was graced by Commissioner CAF and PD, Bobby Waikhom, Director CAF and PD and Rajkumar Mohen Singh, State level coordinator, Oil Industry Manipur.
While speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries emphasized on the importance of energy conservation for a clean and greener environment.
During the programme, the message of the Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas and Labour and Empowerment was also read out. It may be noted that SAKSHAM 2022 will be observed till April 30.
