3rd Manipur Senior Tennis TournamentRibhasker vs Premjit in 35+ men's singles final

IMPHAL, Apr 9 : Ribhasker will play Premjit in the 35+ men's singles final of the 3rd Manipur Senior Tennis Tournament being organised jointly by the Association for Senior Tennis Players of Manipur and Imphal District Tennis Association at IDTA Complex, Lamphel.
In a semi-final clash, Ribhasker thumped Tuleshwor 6-2, 6-3 to make it to the final while Premjit sealed a 6-1, 6-2 win against Indrakumar in the other semi-final match.
The final line up of the 35+ doubles competition was also completed today with Indrakumar-Ravi and Ribhasker-Pritam making it to the final.
Indrakumar and Ravi overcame Premjit and Manikanta pair 6-3, 6-3 to enter the final while Ribhasker-Pritam secured a 6-2, 7-5 win against Suraj and Max in the other semi-final match.
Meanwhile in the 45+ singles competition, Tule made it to the final with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Ranjan in the semis.
He will either play Jayenta or Manikanta in the final.
The pair of Prakash and Ranjan also booked the final berth in the 45+ doubles competition after they won 6-3, 6-0 over Rakesh and Sanatomba pair in the semis.
Tule and Jayanta on the other hand reached semi-finals beating Romesh and Arunkumar 6-3, 7-6 in a quarter final match.
The final line up of the 60+ singles competition of the championship was also completed with H Ibotombi beating Leisemsana and Ranjit beating Biren in the semi-finals.
The pair of H Ibotombi and Leisemsana will on the other hand meet Lemba and S Ranjit in the 60+ doubles final. In the semifinal matches,  H Ibotombi and Leisemsana beat Bit and Ranjit N 8-2 while Lemba and S Ranjit won 8-3 against Biren and Ramkumar.
