DC Imphal East cautions

IMPHAL, Apr 1; The Deputy Commissioner, Imphal East has urged the general public not to act in contravention of the Manipur Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2014.
In a notice issued in this regard, DC Imphal East, Khumanthem Diana Devi informed that penalty would be imposed as per the norms of the Act if any individual is found violating the said provisions of the Act.
Further the general public has been urged to inform the officials of the District Administration/Sub-Divisional Office or their respective police stations if in any case such violations is found.
