ZUF reshuffles office bearers

IMPHAL, Mar 28
Following the conclusion of Budget Session of the Joint Council Meeting, Zelirangrong United Front has made major changes in its office bearers.
In a release, Jenchui Kamei, chairman of ZUF informed that Aihong Riamroi has been appointed as the full fledged general secretary of the front.
As per the meeting, the post of Chief Secretary has been removed with immediate effect while new departments have been introduced including War Victims, Art & Culture and Minority Affairs.
A new Region of Intangki and Sub-Region of Antrimon have been introduced and adopted unanimously, it added.
The new office bearers also included N Z Gonmei, speaker; Nickson Thoitak, finance secretary cum minority affairs; Felix Kamei, home affairs; John Pame, information & publicity; Kinthuilung Kamei, external affairs; KD Gangmei, auditor cum arts & cultures; Obed Kamei, Makuilongdi RTO; Akam Pame, Ashalu RTO; Dehingbe Pame, Intangki region caretaker RTO and Sharon Riamroi, Antrimon sub-region RTO.
