IW District Magistrate restricts

IMPHAL, Mar 26 : District Magistrate Imphal West Th Kirankumar has informed that no permission for Thabal Chongba will be entertained till the completion of Board/Council examinations for Class  X, XI and XII while Shumang Lila in residential areas will not be permitted after 7 pm till the completion of the said examinations.
In an office memorandum, the District Magistrate also stated that musical concerts in residential areas will not be permitted till the completion of the examination.
