NEDF denounces

The North-East Dialogue Forum (NEDF) has strongly denounced the gruesome killing of Ningthoujam Lanthoibi@ Ichal who was allegedly shot dead by Khagembam Ashok of Khurai Ahongei Leikai.
The NEDF in a press statement expressed concern that such heinous crimes are on a rise since guns are freely available and are being used by the citizens without proper restrictions. The Forum also urged the Government for speedy delivery of justice to the victim's family and to impose strict policies to ensure that the licence guns are used by the owners only.
