IMPHAL, Mar 12: MLA elect S Rajen Singh has been appointed as the person before whom newly elected Members of the Manipur Legislative Assembly shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation until a Speaker of the 12th Manipur Legis-lative Assembly is elected.
Governor La Ganesan issued an order to this effect today.
