Sharda summoned

IMPHAL, Feb 16 : Civil Judge (Junior Division) Imphal West has issued summon to  Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Manipur Pradesh, represented by its State president Adhikarimayum Sharda Devi in connection with a suit filed by former BJP spokesperson Chongtham Bijoy Singh.
The summon is returnable by February 24.
Ch Bijoy filed the case against the party following his expulsion from the primary membership of BJP for 6 years on Feb 8, 2022.
