Organisation decries

IMPHAL, Feb 15 : The apex women organization of Lamkang, Monsang, Moyon, Chothe, Tarao, Khoibu and Aimol have come out against the press statement issued by SR Khingam, president Anal Women Union on February 11, 2022 in connection with the protest rally taken out in Chandel with the slogan "free and fair election".
As per a press release, the apex body decried the allegation of threats laid down by the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) towards minorities and asserted that minorities do not need some third person to raise their voice without consultation.
The statement further called the allegation of threats as a complete fabrication which could tarnish the image of prominent leaders.
The apex body further urged the voters to not be misguided by media mongers and keyboard warriors.
