Blockade threatened

IMPHAL, Feb 15 : Denouncing the withholding of MGNREGS fund, Champhai Block Chief & Chairman Association (CBCCA) has called an indefinite economic blockade on the two National Highways.
The blockade will come into effect from tomorrow midnight, said a statement issued by CBCCA.
The resolution to impose economic blockade was taken during a meeting of six TD Blocks, it said and urged the State Government  to take full responsibility for any eventuality.
