AICC appoints

IMPHAL, Feb 9 : The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed five  party  functionaries as election observers of four Assembly Constituencies in Manipur. The observers and their assigned ACs are Siddique Ahmed (Jiribam), Pratima Kumar Das (Saikul), Amita Bhushan (Oinam), Ajit Singh (Jiribam) and A Dayakar (Lamlai).
