Mr Friendship International contest Ukhrul lad Songashim Rungsung wins 2nd runner-up title

Ukhrul, Dec 21 : Mr Rubaru India-2021 Songashim Rungsung from Ukhrul district, representing India, won the second runner-up title at the Mister Friendship International 2022 held at Khon Kaen city in Thailand.
Songashim also won the Mister Best Personality Special Award apart from the runner-up  title in the recently held international competition.
The 25-year-old Songashim Rungsung is a native of Talui village, Ukhrul district.
Korea’s Yoo Byeong Eun was crowned the prestigious  Mister Friendship International 2022 title while the first runner-up title was given to Thailand’s Kanawach Kueakanchanaphon.
Contestants from 18 countries competed in the event held from December 8 to 8, 2022.
Father of Songashim, Abraham Rungsung informed that Songashim will arrive in Imphal on Thursday. Tangkhul Katamnao Long Imphal has also arranged a warm home coming reception programme at TRI Amity Hall .
