Cyber security awareness programme conducted

BISHNUPUR, Oct 14 : ECHEL Computer CSC Bishnupur, Ward No 4 yesterday organised a 1-day awareness programme on cyber security at Yangoi Ningthou Community Hall, Bishnupur.
It was attended by RK Surchandra; ECHEL Computer CSC Bishnupur proprietor, Karam Dinachandra and Hemanta Laishram, cyber expert, Ministry of Home Affairs as presidium members. Speaking on the occasion, Karam Dinachandra stated that the cases of hacking and phishing have been on the rise over the years. He also urged the public to take certain precautions while using the internet.
