MPP welcomes

IMPHAL, Jan 8 : Manipur People's Party (MPP) working president M Amutombi has said that MPP is ready to welcome intending candidates who want to contest the upcoming election from the party.
M Amutombi said this at a press conference held at party office and added that with the declaration of election schedule by the Election Commission of India, the party is opening its door to intending candidates who love the State and intend to work for the welfare of the people by joining a regional party like MPP.
Adding that no National or Regional political parties will be able to achieve absolute majority, he said that MPP will play a major role in forming the Government.
Speaking to the media, MPP general secretary (administration) Haobijam Gitajen appealed the people of the State to vote for the party and candidate that will help in saving the State and will work for the betterment of all the people.
