Legal awareness programme held

Senapati, Jan 23: District Legal Services Authority, Senapati under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) conducted a one day legal awareness programme on the topic, "Right to Education Act, 2009 (RTE) and functions of Legal Services Institutions" at Makhel village, Senapati district, today.
It was attended by village headman, Salew Pfokreni; Advocates, Eshu Stephen, Ozhu Robviina and S Marysena as presidium members.
During the event, Makhel Students Union president, Ashuhrii Paka proposed the vote of thanks.
60 students and 26 villagers also participated in the programme.
