7 from Manipur crack NDA exam

IMPHAL, Jul 8 : Seven young boys from Manipur have cracked the NDA examination with one candidate achieving the feat on his first attempt and securing an all India rank of 27.
The merit list of the exams was declared on July 6.
Altogether 478 candidates were declared successful in the examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.
The seven young boys who have made the cut for the NDA are Namoijam Naoba Meetei, who secured the 27th rank, Mayanglambam Lucky Singh (210), Meghnath Soibam (405), Thokchom Siddharth Singh (414), Mayanglambam Dinesh Singh (440), Ramesh Singh Laurembam (443) and Ronendro Angom (476).
Among the seven, Namoijam Naoba Meetei cracked the exam in his first attempt securing an All India Rank of 27 out of 478 candidates who were declared successful.
A student of Sainik School, Pangei, Naoba hails from Khongampat Khunou and joining the force has been his dream.
