IMPHAL, Jul 17 : Hawaibam  Deleep Singh (retd IAS) has taken oath as the Chairman of the Manipur Municipality Property Tax Board at Raj Bhavan, today.
He was  administered the oath of office for a period of 5 years or until he attained the age of 65, whichever is earlier, by Governor Dr Najma Heptulla.
