Taking strong exception against the fuel price hike, the All Manipur Nupi Marup has alleged that Modi-led Government has resorted to looting hard earned money of lower and middle class citizens rather than extending relief to people affected by the Covid pandemic.
The All Manipur Nupi Marup, in a press release, charged that Modi instead of indulging much in relief work, has been looting people in broad daylight by hiking prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas.
Unprecedented hike in fuel prices has taken its toll leaving many low income families in dire straits with the hike in transportation charges and gradual increase in wholesale price index, the women's body charged
