AMUCO distributes edible items

The All Manipur United Club Organisation (AMUCO) in association with various organisations in the State have been extending help and distributing edible items to several households affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
Today, AMUCO in association with All Manipur Women Voluntary Association (AMAWOVA) and United Clubs Organisation Bishnupur District (UCOBID) distributed edible items to around 144 households in Bishnupur District, said a press release by AMUCO. The items were distributed to households in Ningthoukhong, Toubokpi, Upokpi, Kha Potshangbam, Nachou and Bishnupur within the area of Bishnupur Area Surrounding Clubs Organization (BISCO) and at Heinoubok, Leimapokpam, Irengbam, Bamdiar, Teramakhong and Nambol Sabal Leikai within the area of United Villages and Clubs Organization (UVACO).
President of UCOBID, Thokchom Noren, general secretary of AMAWOVA Ningthoukhong Unit, Heisnam Sumila and leaders of AMUCO were present during the distribution programme. Under such initiatives, edible items have been distributed by AMUCO in association with like minded organizations to around 4,621 households across the State till date.
