AMWJU notifies

IMPHAL, Jun 2 : For the convenience of donors, All Manipur Working Journalists' Association (AMWJU) has opened a bank account for AMWJU COVID-19 Relief Fund at Urban Co-operative Bank, Paona Bazar with account number 041700497201 and IFSC code UTIBOSIUCB1.
AMWJU, in a statement, said that the union has been extending help to the ailing journalists from the donation pouring in from well-wishers and appealed to all to continue donating to the relief fund.
According to AMWJU, IMPACT Media & Communication Ltd and Deputy Secretary of Social Welfare donated Rs 10,0000 each to the relief fund while one Potshangbam Santosh from Singjamei Makha Tomal Leirak contributed Rs 5,000.
Santibala Akoijam from Kwakeithel and social activist Sapam Kangleipan, on the other hand, contributed Rs 2,000 each to the relief fund.
AMWJU, on the other hand, extended gratitude to media houses,  Editors, journalists and others who had contributed to the relief fund for their generosity at this difficult time.
