Dr Suresh no more

IMPHAL, May 23 : Former Health Director and a regular contributor of The Sangai Express (English), Dr Thiyam Suresh has died of COVID-19 this morning.
After testing positive for COVID-19, Dr Suresh was treated at Babina Specialty Hospital at Sajiwa Jail road for the past few days.
Apart from being a medical professional, Dr Suresh was also a regular columnist of The Sangai Express (English) under 'Opinion Maker'.
The Sangai Express mourned the demise of the doctor and prayed for his soul to rest in peace and condoled the bereaved family.
Dr Suresh was 70.
