CPI extends support

The Communist Party of India, Central Office has extended support to farmers 'black day protest on May 26.
In a statement, the Left party said that the agitation of farmers against the three controversial agri laws will complete on May 26 and the day will be observed as 'black day.'
It is condemnable that the Modi Government remains adamant and insensitive not to listen to the problems of the farmers, the CPI said and urged the Government to repeal the three 'controversial Agri laws immediately and hold discussion with the leaders of farmers and other stakeholders.
The Left party also urged its State units and organisations to continue their support to the farmers and ensure that the agitation of farmers gets maximum support.
General secretary of the CPI, D Raja, on the other hand, congratulated Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on the historic victory of LDF.
Raja wished the LDF Government and the Chief Minister all success.
