IMPHAL, May 17
The Manipur Kang Association (MKA) has condoled the demise of its former member S Tikendra Singh of Nambol on May 13.
A condolence meeting in honour of the late soul was held at the Manipur Kang Association (MKA) head office, said a press release issued by the Manipur Kang Association (MKA) secretary.
Two members present not only observed two minutes of silence as a mark of respect to S Tikendra but also prayed for his soul to rest in peace, the release said.
S Tikendra who featured last in a kang match on May 16 in the 3rd Oinam Charly Kang Tournament 2021, it recalled.
He has contributed much towards the development of the indigenous game and his demise is an irreparable loss to all, added the message released by Manipur Kang Association (MKA)
