NPF for ADC polls

IMPHAL, Apr 6: A meeting of the NPF/MSU office bearers was held yesterday on the imbroglio pertaining to ADC election in the hill areas of Manipur and the meeting arrived at a consensus that election to the existing six ADCs should be conducted at the earliest.
According to a press release issued by NPF/MSU general secretary (admn), an executive meeting of the party was held today and the meeting endorsed the decision of the office bearers’ meeting.
After a threadbare discussion and taking into account all the pros and cons, the members present endorsed election of the existing six ADCs.
Nonetheless, NPF/MSU appreciates the State Government decision to hold ADC election 2021, it added.
