Bomb found

IMPHAL, Apr 18 : A hand grenade was found near the residence of former Patsoi AC MLA Sapam Keba at Tera Sapam Leirak this morning at around 10.
The bomb was found lying on the southern corner of Tera Pukhri Achouba by the locals who went to fetch water at the pond.
On receiving the news, a team of Lamphel police rushed to the spot and cordoned the area.
The bomb was reportedly picked up by the bomb experts of Manipur police at around 1.30 pm and detonated safely at a dumping site at Lamphel.
A case has been registered at Lamphel police station.
