Women's Film Fest

IMPHAL, Mar 8 : A 2 day Women's Film Festival began today at the auditorium of Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDA) at Palace Compound.
The festival is being organised by Film Society of Manipur, Federation of Film Societies of India and Manipur State Film Development Society in connection with International Women's Day.
At the festival, 8 films all directed by women would be screened. On the first day, 4 films including non feature film Bloody Phanek directed by Sonia Nepram were screened. The inaugural function was graced by DM College of Arts Principal, Dr Sheelaramani Chungkham as chief guest; MSFDS secretary, Sunzu Bachaspatimayum as guest of honour and Film Society of Manipur  vice president Salam Rajesh as functional president.
