KCC Assembly concludes

KANGPOKPI, Mar 23: The 43rd Kuki Christian Church (KCC) Assembly held at Kangpokpi Christian Church was successfully culminated on yesterday evening with prayer and worship service.
The KCC Assembly was held under the theme, "Ding det'in, Lung ngamin" based on Gospel Joshua 1:6 with Dr T Lunkim  Administrative Secretary, Kuki Christian Church and Pastor H Haolai, Executive Secretary, KCC Assam Synod as speakers on the momentous assembly.
The Kuki Christian Church Assembly comprises of KCC Manipur Synod, KCC Assam Synod, KCC Nagaland Synod and KCC Tripura Synod while 25 delegates from each synod attended the Assembly.
The speakers of the assembly spoke on the solid determination in helping humanity by the Christian community during health crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic and to be a brave ambassador for Christ.
A farewell for retired Synod leaders and election of new executives for the assembly were the main highlights of the assembly apart from minute deliberation on various issues of all the synod in building peace and harmony in the society.
The new executives of KCC Assembly for the year 2021 to 2023 were also announced during the assembly.
