Award for Th Brinda

IMPHAL, Mar 20: Thounaojam Brinda, MPS and former Addl SP, NAB has been awarded the Golden Signatures-The Great Indian Women Awards (GIWA) 2021 under the category of the Great Indian Women Leader for her untiring efforts to control the menace of drug abuse in Manipur and also acknowledging her life struggles, said a letter from the GIWA organizing committee to Th Brinda.
Celebrating the UN International Women's Day 2021, GIWA Awards is presented by Indian Observer Post in association with Corporate Tycoons and are given to exceptional women for making substantial contributions in their respective fields and the awardees this year come from various countries like US, UK, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius, Trinidad, UAE etc.
The official award ceremony will be held physically in April, it added.
